Who we are

CityCore Builders is a general contractor working throughout Queens and the wider NYC area. We take on residential and commercial work, from interior renovations and additions to ground-up builds and code-driven upgrades.

We focus on the parts of a project that decide whether it goes smoothly: a scope you can read and understand, realistic sequencing, and steady communication so you always know what is happening on site. We would rather set honest expectations up front than promise a timeline we cannot hold.

If a project is outside what we can do well, we will say so. The goal is work we can stand behind, not a calendar packed with jobs that do not fit.
