From Astoria brownstones to Broad Channel waterfront homes, we build across every corner of Queens. Find your neighborhood below and see how we work in your part of the borough.
The borough we know
Queens is the most varied borough in NYC, and every region brings its own building stock, zoning context, and DOB and LPC considerations. We group our work into six regions so you can find local detail fast. Pick a region to see the neighborhoods we serve, the services we run there, and what to expect from a project near you.
Regions of Queens
Waterfront towers, prewar co-ops, and dense residential blocks close to the East River and Manhattan.
Explore Northwest Queens →Tree-lined one and two-family homes, garden apartments, and busy commercial corridors in the heart of the borough.
Explore Central Queens →Suburban single-family neighborhoods, larger lots, and detached homes near the Nassau County line.
Explore Northeast Queens →Working neighborhoods of attached and semi-detached homes near JFK, Howard Beach, and the Jamaica Bay shoreline.
Explore Southwest Queens →Spacious residential neighborhoods, many with detached one and two-family homes and deep lots ready for additions.
Explore Southeast Queens →Coastal homes along the peninsula and Jamaica Bay, where FEMA flood zones and AE and VE elevation rules shape every build.
Explore The Rockaways →How we work locally
A prewar co-op in Forest Hills, a detached frame house in Bayside, and an elevated home in Broad Channel each call for a different approach to structure, scope, and sequencing.
FAR limits, lot coverage, and DOB filing paths vary across Queens. In landmarked areas we account for LPC review; near the water we plan around FEMA flood requirements.
Dense blocks near LIC need tight staging and parking plans, while larger Southeast Queens lots give more room to work. We plan access before the first delivery.
