Request an estimate

Get a clear, written estimate for your project

Tell us about your property and scope, and we will guide you through a transparent, three-step path to a written estimate. No pressure, no guesswork.

How it works

Three steps to your written estimate

Tell us about your project

Reach out with your property address, the property type, and a short description of the scope you have in mind. The more detail you can share about goals and constraints, the more useful our first conversation will be.

Feasibility and permit review

We review what the work involves, including likely DOB or LPC requirements, zoning and FAR considerations, and whether an Alt-1 or Alt-2 filing may apply. You get an honest read on feasibility before anyone commits.

On-site walkthrough and written estimate

We visit the property, confirm conditions, and walk the scope with you in person. You then receive a clear, written estimate that documents the work, the assumptions behind it, and the path forward.

What to have ready

A few details speed things up

Property address

The site address lets us check zoning, prior filings, and neighborhood context across Queens and the wider NYC area before we talk.

Property type

Tell us whether it is a single-family home, multi-family building, mixed-use property, or commercial space so we can frame the right approach.

Scope and goals

A short description of what you want to build, renovate, or restore helps us point you toward the right service and a realistic plan.

Good to know

What our estimates cover

Every written estimate is built around the specific conditions of your property and the scope we confirm together on site. It documents the work we intend to perform, the assumptions we are making, and the items that fall outside the current scope, so there are no surprises later.

If your project needs DOB or LPC filings, we explain how permitting fits into the timeline and where it can affect cost. For projects touching an ADU, a C of O update, or value engineering opportunities, we flag those early so you can make informed decisions before work begins.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Yes. The initial conversation, feasibility review, and on-site walkthrough that lead to your written estimate come at no cost and with no obligation.

Timing depends on the size and complexity of the scope. After the on-site walkthrough we will give you a realistic window for the written estimate so you know what to expect.

No. You can reach out at any stage. If your project needs drawings or DOB and LPC filings, the feasibility review is where we map out what is required and how it fits the plan.

We work across Queens and the wider NYC area. Sharing your address early helps us confirm local requirements and context for your project.

Ready when you are

Prefer to talk it through first?
